Dear brothers and sisters,As you know, this unit we must read -and finish- Dracula. The exam about the book is next Wednesday (next week), April 2nd. We still have three "chapters" to read and only one class left. So... this is what we are going to do.
Next Thursday, the day of the strike, we're going to read Dracula in class. If you come, we'll read two fragments and complete the quizzes for Day 6 and Day 7. Next Monday (March 31) we have class at 9 AM; we'll read the last chapter and we will make a general revision about the book. As I said, on Wednesday April 2nd, exam.
If you don't come to school next Thursday (strike), you will have to read a bit at home. Read from page 25 to page 34. I'm attaching the quizzes for those pages in this blog entry, so that you can complete them while you are reading.
I know this is not the best way to do it, but we've had three classes cancelled in three weeks: two for extra activities and one because of the strike. Instead of having 9 hours, we've had only 6. Sorry for the inconvenience, guys.
